Your booking becomes official upon making an advance payment, the percentage of which varies based on the specifics of your arrival. This commitment from your end solidifies your place in our carefully curated itineraries.
Expect to receive a comprehensive confirmation letter and payment receipt within 3 working days after the credited amount to our company’s account. This serves as a tangible acknowledgment of your reservation and provides you with essential details about your upcoming adventure.
With the payment receipt in hand, we take charge of coordinating all elements of your tour, including but not limited to hotels, transportation, and other pertinent arrangements. We aim to make your journey as seamless and stress-free as possible.
The remaining balance for the tour package must be settled 15 days before your scheduled departure date. This allows for smoother logistical arrangements, ensuring all aspects of your trip align with your expectations.
